📚 Hello Book Friends! I was not sure how I would react to this book after I read the synopsis. Having been part of a stringent religious movement for many years, it has left me quite shaken when I finally decided to leave it, and it took a few years to find normality again. Therefore, I usually stay away from any cultic books. However, THE PROJECT by Courtney Summers intrigues me. I love the idea that a sister will do whatever it takes to convince her sister of the wrongdoing of this cult. If only Lo could find her sister. This book has all the cultic triggers, including a delusional charismatic leader.
