This book is eerie and creepy but interesting at the same time. The remote Scottish location, the woman in a red kimono, the white rabbit, and a scary crypt are only a few spooky elements that makes this story intriguing. The twist at the end totally surprised me. I discovered so many new words in this book, that was fantastic! I learned one thing with Ms. Feeney’s books… you must pay attention and details are important. I also loved the illustrations at the beginning of each chapters.
