📚 Hello Book Friends! When I read a good book, I get quite invested in the story. The first half of THE MAID by Canadian author Nita Prose made me so upset that I had to put the book down to calm myself down. I hate injustice towards innocent people, and I hate even more when people take advantage of innocent people. The way Molly was accused of murder and how the evidence was pointing at her was making me so mad. I am glad the second half of the book brought redemption and provided an awesome ending to this story. The characters who stepped in to help her were great for the situation and brought closure to the storyline. This is a great read and I recommend it.
