📚 Hello Book Friends! RED AT THE BONE by Jacqueline Woodson is a buddy read with 19 other bookstagrammers. I opted to listen to the audiobook for this one and it was a good decision. I enjoyed the narration a lot. The story was read by different people, making it interesting and entertaining. Although I enjoyed the quality of the audio, I did not enjoy the story itself as much. Chapters jumped in time, and it always took me a moment to realise who was telling that part of the story and where in the timeline I was. I also felt that the book was unfinished. It might have not been a book for me, but it can be for you. Don’t let my review discourage you to pick it up and read it. It is very short.
