Well done Ms. Prior!! Your first book was a pleasure to read. I love the characters and the whimsical story. The book is well balanced with all the right elements for a perfect read. Ellie Jacobs has a bucket list before she reaches 40. On one of her walk, she discovers a harp barn owned by Dan a harpmaker. It just happened that one item on her bucket list is to learn to play the harp. Dan gifts her with a cherry wood harp because it matches Ellie’s cherry colour socks. Ellie’s husband, Clive, is not charmed with this gift and make Ellie return it. This will be the start of a Ellie’s internal dilemma and her friendship with Dan.

If you are a fan of The Rosy Project by Graeme Simsion, you will love this book.
