"Lose Your Inches Without Losing Your Mind" is a great step by step book on making healthy choices and lose inches... not weight. The book contains many well knows facts and introduces new ones. What I liked about this book is the way it is organised. It makes it easy for the reader to follow a plan and be successful in their journey to look the way they would like to.
The book is filled with great tips and has a fantastic positive tone which makes it very pleasant to read and be encouraged to apply its principles.
The author proposed that the reader should read one chapter a week to develop the healthy habits described in the chapter. I read the book in a few days and I concur with the author that the one chapter a week would be more effective.
Great book overall; very positive and encouraging too.
