This is a fantastic short book on meditation and relaxation. I enjoyed the way the author structured the book by using the four elements and the beautiful imagery she described every day. I wish I had the book in an audio form; it would be easier to listen to it than to read it and try to remember the beautiful words while meditating.
"30 Days of Relaxation: Fun Meditations for a Stress Free Life" is a great book and I recommend it to whomever would like to try meditation for the first time and to those who are expert at it and are looking at new ways to meditate.
