📚 Hello Book Friends! I finished reading Roomies by the dynamic duo authors, Christian Hobbs and Lauren Billings who go by the pen name of Christina Lauren. I wanted to read something light and something that would lift my spirit. Roomies was exactly that. It is a fun and sexy story about a young lady who decides to marry a prodigy musician so he can stay in the US and be part of her uncle’s major musical. Holland has a huge crush on an incredibly talented subway musician. When one of the important musicians quits her uncle’s musical, she introduces him to this brilliant subway musician. Unfortunately, Calvin is in the US illegally and cannot accept Holland’s uncle’s offer until Holland has the superb idea to marry Calvin to save the show. What starts as a marriage of convenience becomes much more quickly.

This story is entertaining and filled with sexy scenes. It is a perfect summer read that will surely lift your spirit as it did mine.
