I am getting more and more into the Christmas spirit. Our tree is up and it is wonderful to walk my neighbourhood at night to see all the beautiful displays of Christmas lights. I just finished reading EIGHT PERFECT HOURS by Lia Louis. This highly emotional romance with a hint of serendipity was a great read. I enjoyed Noelle; she has such a big heart. I also loved the shout-out to Snowy Québec (that is where I am from). I loved how the book started and how it ended. The author did not shy from portraying characters with mental health issues and showing their vulnerability. This is a lovely Christmas read with lots of beautiful moments.
