THE BOOKSHOP OF SECRETS by Mollie Rushmeyer was a beautiful story of resilience, courage, and facing one’s demons. I love the treasure hunt and how Hope found happiness and a new family while hunting it. I love the bookshop setting as well. The characters were likable but too many of them were dealing with hardship and it diluted Hope’s own ordeal. The book has a strong religious flavour. Overall, it is enjoyable.
