📚 Hello Book Friends! Clare MacKintosh does it again. She delivers a fantastic, nail-biting, edge-of-your-seat thriller that does not disappoint. HOSTAGE has all the elements of a great thriller: suspense, danger, and life-threatening moments. This book is told in several voices, and each reveals the plot little by little. This would have been a 5❤️ if the book had ended with the main ordeal and did not bring up a secondary ending. Since I rather not give you any spoilers, you will have to read the book to understand my line of thoughts.
