📚 Hello Book Friends! In October, The Pooches & Pages Book Club selected SURVIVE THE NIGHT by Riley Sager for their October read. As many of you know, I am a scaredy cat when it comes to scary books. I was a bit concerned when we selected this book for our book club, and I must admit that I was on the edge of my seat for at least half of the book. I listened to the book and the narrator was really good at building tension. The characters were decent but not consistent. Halfway through the book, the plot lost its fire and was no longer scary. The ending twist was nice and surprising. When the audio was done, I was left with a lot of questions and that was a downer. Nevertheless, if I just ignore these unanswered questions, I think this is a good read overall.
