📚 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀! I hope you are all well and staying at home!

I just finished 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱 by D.J. Palmer and here's my review: It is a fast, edge of your seat, thriller about a woman who loses her husband and falls for another man… a better one. Nina is trying to move on after her husband is declared missing. She meets Simon who is everything she wants in a man. After a short courtship, Nina and her two children move in with Simon. Is it too soon? Is this the right decision? Nina has her doubts, but she wants to believe that she and her children can be happy with Simon. Why is it that she is doubting her decision and that warning signs start showing up?

The plot is well designed and delivered. The more the story evolves, the creepier it gets. I got to a point, I had to know the end. It is a sinister thriller that will leave your unsettled. This is the first time I read a novel by D.J. Palmer and it will not be the last.

The Last Love Note by Emma Grey My rating: 3 of 5 stars In THE LAST LOVE NOTE by Emma Grey, I embarked on a journey filled with conflicting emotions. Despite my initial eagerness to delve deeper into the narrative, the unexpected weightiness of the prose caught me off guard.
