I want to thank Netgalley and Harlequin for the ARC of The Life Lucy Knew by Karma Brown. This book will be available at your favourite bookstore on June 12, 2018.

Lucy wakes up in a hospital bed after spending several weeks in a coma caused by a bad fall. She is surrounded by her parents, and Matt, her boyfriend. She recognizes her family, but her memories of the past four years do not match reality. Her relationship with Matt is threatened by false memories. Lucy is confused and is trying to gain back those four years, but not everyone is honest with her.

The story is interesting and well structured. I really liked how Karma Brown developed Lucy's relationships with each character. I would have given it 4 stars, but the ending twist is a bit anticlimactic and left me with too many unanswered questions.
