I got this book for free at Amazon. I always enjoyed reading cookbooks and learning about new ways to cook a variety of food. Anna Hess' book caught my attention because it sounded very natural and healthy.... and it is! I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but I am planning to do so as soon as the farmer's market re-opens in my town. Cooking with fresh vegetables is perfect to put these recipes to the test. I am looking forward to it!
