Night Broken by Patricia Briggs
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
That was the best!!!!!! My favorite Mercy Thompson book so far. Wow!! What a story!! The action, the complicated relationships and the new characters worked wonders. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, totally enthralled by this story. Patricia Briggs outdid herself! After the last book, I thought there was no way Patricia would be able to find a more malevolent enemy for Mercy to fight. I was wrong!
I also loved to discover more about who Mercy is. I used to think that it would be cool to be a werewolf, now being a shapeshifter is IT. There so much I would love to say about this book, but I would give out too much and spoil it for whoever is reading this review.
Mercy Thompson books can be read individually, but I would recommend that you start with the first one (Moon Called) to really understand the complicated relationships between the characters and see how this kick ass shapeshifter is brilliant. You won't regret reading the eight books anyway, they are all pure magic!
