My Canada Includes Foie Gras by Jacob Richler
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This book reads like a somptious 10 course meal. I particularly enjoyed discovering the learning path of so many respectful chefs and to discover their cooking secrets. Jacob's writing is fantastic; just the right amount of details and humour. I also liked the recipes made available in the book. I might try one or two of them soon. I truly enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone who enjoys great food. Be aware that you shouldn't read this book on an empty stomach. ;)
Don't expect to find this book on your favorite book store shelves before October 9th, 2012 (I got an advance copy from Penguin Canada First-Read program-Yeah me!!!). It will be published by Viking Canada.
